• Health information you choose to share with us (for example injuries, pregnancy, or conditions relevant to your session). This is treated as sensitive personal data.
• Messages you send us through WhatsApp, email, or Instagram direct message.
• Technical information automatically collected when you visit the website, including IP address, device and browser information, referring pages, and browsing activity.
• Browser storage used to remember your language preference (see "Storage Technologies" below).

Why We Process Your Data

Depending on the circumstances, we process your personal data on one or more of the following grounds:

• Contract: to schedule, confirm, and deliver the classes you book.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share personal data with trusted service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver our services. These providers are contractually required to protect your data:

• MindBody (booking and payment processing) — United States. Card payments are handled directly by MindBody; we do not see or store your full card number or security code.
• Google LLC — Google Analytics and Google Fonts (aggregated analytics and font delivery) — United States.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement) — United States.
• Our email, hosting, and DNS providers.

We do not sell your personal data. When you accept the "Advertising" category in our cookie banner, we share a limited set of event data with Meta so that we can measure and deliver our Facebook and Instagram advertising; you can withdraw that consent at any time from the footer. Where a service provider processes data outside Hong Kong (for example in the United States), the transfer is carried out under that provider's published privacy terms and under appropriate data-protection safeguards.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

• Active booking and client records: for as long as you remain an active client and up to 7 years afterwards, to meet Hong Kong accounting and tax requirements.
• Health information you share: kept only for as long as you remain an active client, then deleted or anonymised.
• Enquiry messages (WhatsApp / email / Instagram): up to 24 months from the last exchange.
• Website analytics data: up to 14 months.

Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

• Ask whether we hold personal data about you, and request a copy of that data.
• Ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing. We will not use your personal data for direct marketing without first obtaining your explicit consent, and every marketing message we send will include a free and easy way to opt out.
• Withdraw consent you previously gave for the use of your personal data.

Additional Rights if You Are in Europe or the UK

If you are located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, you also have the following rights:

• Right of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing.
• Right to data portability for data you have provided to us under contract or consent.

When you book a class, your personal information (including any health information you share) and any analytics data you consent to may be transferred outside mainland China to our service providers (MindBody, Google, Meta), whose processing takes place primarily in the United States. Data Security and Breach Notification

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including HTTPS in transit and access controls on our booking system. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you without undue delay of any personal data breach that is likely to result in significant harm to you, and will report the breach to the competent authorities where required by applicable law.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Any classes attended by minors are booked by a parent or guardian, whose contact details are the personal data we process. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact releve.hk@gmail.com and we will delete it.
