Whether you've never touched a reformer or you've been practising for years, All Levels is built around where you are today. Expect full-body work, genuine corrections, and a class small enough that your instructor will catch what you didn't.
Jumpboard
Cardio without impact — your joints will thank you. Jumpboard turns controlled spring resistance into a lower-body and core challenge with a cardiovascular edge. Expect to work. Expect to sweat. Expect to be surprised.
Stretch & Spine
The most underrated class on the schedule. This is where tight hips unlock, compressed spines decompress, and the week's accumulated tension finally has somewhere to go. Slower doesn't mean easier — it means more intentional.

Absolutely. All our group classes are all-levels, designed to meet you wherever you are in your practice. Our certified instructors will ensure every movement is safe and effective for you, with modifications as needed.
Relevé offers three group reformer Pilates classes: All Levels (suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners), Jumpboard (cardio-boosting low-impact jumping), and Stretch & Spine (flexibility and mobility focus). We also offer private, duet, and trio sessions, as well as GYROTONIC® training.
Maximum 4 people per group class. Our boutique studio in Sheung Wan has only 4 reformers, ensuring every client receives personalized attention and individual corrections in every session.
Jumpboard Pilates combines Reformer Pilates with low-impact jumping. It is a cardio-boosting class that helps burn calories, increase stamina, and strengthen legs and core — all while protecting your joints. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Private sessions offer complete one-on-one focus on your individual journey with dedicated reformer and instructor attention. Group classes (max 4 people) offer community energy with individual coaching. Both options are available in our Sheung Wan studio.
Welcome offer for first-time visitors: 320 HKD for a single group class. Regular drop-in rate: 450 HKD. Package of 10 classes: 4,200 HKD. Package of 20 classes: 7,600 HKD. Private session rates are available on request.
GYROTONIC® is a movement method using specialized equipment to guide the body through spiraling, circular movements that decompress the spine and increase mobility. Relevé Studio offers private GYROTONIC® sessions on the Ultima XS Pulley Tower with a certified instructor — ideal for rehabilitation, back pain relief, and injury prevention.
