Our team of highly qualified instructors brings diverse expertise in STOTT PILATES®, BASI™ Pilates, and Polestar Pilates. Each instructor is passionate about movement, mindfulness, and helping you achieve your wellness goals in our intimate Sheung Wan studio.
Originally from Korea, Cia's journey with Pilates began while she was working in an office environment, struggling with low stamina and energy. After exploring various forms of exercise, she discovered that Pilates was the most effective and sustainable workout for improving both her physical and mental well-being. In every session, she focuses on building strength from the powerhouse, enhancing spinal mobility, and improving posture alignment — all while incorporating a balanced blend of contemporary and classical Pilates movements.
Tryphena brings world-class hospitality instincts to every session — shaped by her time with the Ritz-Carlton in New York City and over a decade teaching at Pure Yoga Hong Kong. Now a certified Classical Pilates instructor as well as a yoga and Lagree teacher, she has an exceptional eye for alignment and a natural ability to put clients at ease. BASI-trained and movement-formed — Lynn teaches Pilates as the balance between strength and softness. Her background in dance gave her an early understanding of body awareness and intentional movement; her years navigating a demanding corporate career gave her a personal understanding of what it means to need Pilates, not just practise it. In her sessions, precision and mindfulness are inseparable — she believes that lasting change in posture and strength comes from moving with awareness, not just effort.
Celia brings a deep passion for mindful movement and postural wellness to every session. With full certification across all STOTT Pilates equipment, she offers a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to reformer Pilates that helps clients build lasting strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
As a Merrithew STOTT Pilates trained instructor, Stephanie is passionate about sharing her love for Pilates with every student. She aims to guide each person on their Pilates journey to better understand their body and, in doing so, discover a stronger, healthier self.
If you're dealing with an injury or recovering from one, Carmen's programmes are built for you. Her path to Pilates began with her own knee and neck injuries during a career in finance — consistent practice rebuilt her strength and mobility so completely that she left finance to share that experience with others. In private and small group classes, she designs every programme around the individual: detailed cues, hands-on adjustments, and a genuine understanding of how pain and recovery affect movement.
Yue's journey to Pilates instruction began after a demanding career in finance, where she witnessed how poor posture diminishes well-being. Her own experience with Pilates' life-changing effects inspired her to shift careers. She specializes in tailoring programs to each client's unique body and goals — whether they seek pain management, postural correction, or enhanced strength and flexibility.
