Everything you need to know before your first class
What should I expect?
Your first class will be guided from start to finish. Our instructors introduce you to the reformer at your own pace — no experience needed, and no judgment.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, form-fitting activewear and grip socks (available at the studio). Avoid loose clothing that can catch on the equipment.
How often should I come?
2–3 times per week is ideal to build strength and body awareness. Many clients start with our Welcome Offer to find their rhythm.
